Vicars have been warned to stop wearing their dog collars to avoid being attacked, in a controversial new report produced by former police officer Nick Tolson of West-based National Churchwatch.
The report was commissioned after the murder in March of Paul Bennett, vicar of St Fagan's Church in Trecynon, near Aberdare, Wales, who was stabbed to death outside his church. He was the fifth clergyman to be killed in 10 years.See the full content of this document
