I Have read your paper for years, but only today felt the urge to put pen to paper after reading two articles which caused me to ask a question - who would decide to grant pounds25 million for a conservation project for butterflies instead of towards research into dementia?

People are refused medical treatment because of lack of funds. Butterflies are very pretty, but I know where I would want the money to go. The decision is typical of this mixed-up world of today.
