The boss of a Gloucester nursery where a toddler choked to death has admitted she took an "obvious risk" by tying a cloth bag to the youngster's cot.

Staff at Tiddlywinks were unable to resuscitate 16-month-old Molly Cunliffe, who had tangled herself on a drawstring bag tied to her travel-cot's bars, in October 2005.
