T he first two wines among the 120 I tasted from Marks & Spencer's new range this spring were from Chile, and they brought the sun out. Chile's principal wine regions, close to the epicentre of the huge earthquake in February, are now getting back on their feet, and it was good to hear from M&S's South America buyer Andy Howard that "it is certainly our intention to help Chile's cause by continuing our strategy to develop and promote the wines from this exciting country".
