A three-year-old girl was killed when she swung on the doors of a marble-topped antique TV cabinet and it toppled onto her, an inquest heard. Evie Grace Caragher was watching television at her grandparents' Regency town house when she began swinging on the doors.

But the wooden structure, which had four narrow legs, toppled over and she took the full weight on her head.
