Sumus Pays Bill in Shares

Summary


West independent financial advice group Sumus yesterday issued more than a million new shares to help pay for its acquisition of Scottish rival Financial Services Advice and Support (FSAS).

Sumus, the parent of Bristol-based IFA Falcon Group, agreed staged payments worth pounds2 million in September 2006 to take over FSAS, one of Scotland's largest IFAs with 60,000 clients.
