Police chiefs in the West issued a stern warning to the region's football hooligans that they will be caught - even if they are not arrested on the day of causing trouble.
The warning came after a major investigation by forces in Wiltshire and South Wales led to 18 alleged football hooligans being arrested and charged following a major disturbance at a pre-season friendly earlier this year.See the full content of this document
