I Was impressed by your front page article some months ago about how local authorities in the West are ripping-off motorists, treating them as the proverbial "cash cow". Hats off to you, being prepared to challenge the councils.

The traffic congestion in Cheltenham (especially in the town centre) is diabolical. I've lived in Cheltenham for the past 50 years, paying my council tax and living by the rules, without ever complaining.
