An animal feeds factory in Radstock has been paid a visit by Environmental Health inspectors after complaints from people living nearby about smoke and noise pollution.
Residents living on Lower Whiteland first spotted the black plumes of smoke coming from a chimney at BOCM Pauls just over a week ago, and phoned the factory to voice concerns that the smoke was effecting their health and was dropping black waste in their gardens and allotments.See the full content of this document
