The cost of Government regulations to businesses was running at more than Pounds 80 billion a year, according to a "startling" new report yesterday.
The Institute of Directors (IoD) urged the Government to "step out of the way" of industry, warning that a culture change was needed to release firms from being "over burdened".See the full content of this document
