Summary
I feel I must comment on the letter in Your Say on Tuesday, March 9, by L Prescott, Stonehouse. If, as the letter says, the dog owner was arrested and held for five hours, then yes I will agre that is way over the top.
But I do think the dog owner should be 'brought to book' over the incident. I don't think it a trivial thing for a dog to attack a cat or anything for that matter.See the full content of this document
