With regard to the article about Sherry Hext being fined Pounds 100 for her careless parking in Cheltenham.
She has no excuse for parking over the white line and the fine should have stood. I had exactly the same thing done to me by someone at Sainsbury's Chippenham about two weeks ago and had to get in my car on the passenger side and clamber over the transmission tunnel gear lever and handbrake; this with major back problems!See the full content of this document
