We've all heard stories about warring couples reaching stalemates, arguing over everything but the kitchen sink and relationships breaking down so significantly that neither party is willing to communicate, other than through a legal representative.
It's true to say that some divorces do get this embittered, however, with around 80 per cent of couples reaching agreement without going to a final court hearing there will be many who remain on talking terms throughout and are willing to discuss their futures, albeit separately, using their solicitors productively to find a resolution.See the full content of this document
