I write in response to the story about the mum from Weston-super- Mare who fleeced Pounds 58,000 from local taxpayers in benefit fraud for a great many years.
On nearly every occasion like this we see that the perpetrator's solicitor states mitigating circumstances.and makes a point of saying "she did not spend the benefits on luxuries, only the needs of the household", and sometimes they state "she only used the money to feed her children".See the full content of this document
