The Rosary at Rooksbridge failed to sell at auction despite huge interest because the majority of potential buyers could not secure funding for the development site due to the credit crunch. The selling agents said the interest was really in the large family home that outline planning had been granted and on its own would have easily sold - but the permission also covered two semi-detached, three-bedroom properties behind.
