Summary
Bristol-based Integral, which claims to be Britain's biggest independent provider of nationwide property maintenance services, has been chosen to look after Exeter's new pounds225 million Princesshay shopping centre.
The interim pounds120,000 maintenance deal is the first stage of larger contract at the centre which is still not complete. It covers 529,801 sq ft with more than 60 new shops, cafes and restaurants.See the full content of this document
