His herbalism shop in Bristol's Colston Street may be a bit trendy retro, with its traditional rows of jars and its sturdy hardwood counter, but Clifton herbalist Max Drake has been stepping considerably further back in time to try to maintain his own health - resorting to a Stone Age diet for the whole of 2011.
