Joanna Lumley yesterday received a hero's welcome from hundreds of Gurkhas and their families as she arrived in Nepal.
The actress, who played a pivotal role in a campaign to allow those who fought for Britain to settle here, was mobbed by well- wishers as she flew in from London.
