Summary
The sheer depth and breadth of British art pottery will be there for all to see at a major selling exhibition at Chipping Campden in the North Cotswolds from October 4 to 11. Once more, Alison Davey of AD Antiques in the town has brought together 100 or so stunning pieces dating from 1870 to 2009, which will be on show at the Court Barn Museum.
Her last exhibition in March saw the sale of a very rare Martin Brothers triple bird group for more than Pounds 40,000 within 10 minutes of opening. This time she will be exhibiting two more of the eccentric Martins' grotesque, comical birds, along with other examples of the brothers' quirky pottery.See the full content of this document
