Summary
I t's about this time of the year that a lot of us start to curse the garden seed suppliers. What generally sparks it is the discovery of a discarded tomato seed packet, its front adorned by a picture of huge trusses of vivid scarlet fruit bathed in what appears to be scorching sunshine.
