Summary
When I read that researchers have been studying the delays caused to other drivers by slow-moving farm vehicles on rural roads I am driven to three conclusions.
1: That some people clearly haven't got enough proper work to do; 2: That those who occupy the time between 9am and 5pm with research such as this are desperately in need of a taste of the real world; and 3: They would make ideal recruits to the army of time-wasters, clockwatchers, map-menders and malingerers which I am urging the Coalition to compulsorily recruit as manual labourers for muchneeded projects such as roadbuilding and the reinstatement of rural railway routes.See the full content of this document
