A drug dealer caught in possession of the highest strength cocaine ever seized in Cheltenham has been jailed for six years.
Brockworth man James Chapman, 23, had 1.35gms of cocaine when he was detained at the Fever nightclub on March 28, Gloucester Crown Court heard. The cocaine was of 74 per cent purity - the highest level seen by police in Cheltenham, said Recorder Nigel Seed QC.See the full content of this document
