One of Somerset cricket's most popular players, the entertaining left-handed opening batsman Peter Denning, has died, aged 57.
Denning, whose nickname was Dasher, scored more than 16,000 runs for his county and helped it win five one-day trophies between 1979 and 1983. He also passed 1,000 runs in a season on six occasions.See the full content of this document
