Summary


As if the ghastly shooting of an 11-year-old boy in Croxteth, Liverpool, was not bad enough, we now learn that in some cases magistrates and judges are not passing even the mandatory minimum sentences for gun crime.

This is not just defiance of Parliament, but it is surely breaking the law.
