I Would like to respond to Roger Brown's letter about Cotswold District Council's policy on sandbags during the recent floods.
Our policy is that we cannot respond to individual requests. We are following the national guidance that people must take responsibility for their own properties and the council is not required to provide sandbags.See the full content of this document
