Another West-based soldier has died of his injuries after being hit by a blast in Afghanistan, the Ministry of Defence said last night.

News of the death of Wiltshire-based Trooper Brett Hall, from the 2nd Royal Tank Regiment, came as an inquest heard how three other West soldiers were killed by 'the biggest bomb' their colleagues had seen.
