I wonder how many students are leaving university with debts of around Pounds 23,000 and wondering just how they will ever pay them off ? Under a UKIP government, they would not have to worry because we would pick up their course-work bills in return for a guarantee that they would not work outside Britain for a given period, typically around five years or so.
