Together they symbolised the greatest gathering of steam on earth - and when Michael Oliver, founder of the Great Dorset Steam Fair takes his final journey tomorrow, showman's engine Quo Vadis will lead the way.
Well over 1,000 people are expected at his funeral service in the village of Child Okeford. Mr Oliver's steam-powered organ, the 110- key Marenghi, The Rose, is being brought down from Sheffield by owner Alan Couldwell to play near the church.See the full content of this document
