Former Bath captains Michael Lipman and Alex Crockett have failed in their attempt to overturn their nine-month bans for missing drugs tests.
The duo were, along with ex-Bath team-mate Andrew Higgins, banned until February 28, 2010 after being found guilty of two charges of misconduct on August 3. Crockett, Lipman and Higgins were found to have failed to take two drugs tests as Bath investigated the events of the club's unofficial end-of-season celebrations in London on May 10.See the full content of this document
