"One thing feeds the other. I must say, because of the amount of travelling and touring I do, it's a very good way to check out music for the festival. I play in festivals all the time and come across some really interesting musicians, so it's a good way to look for good people. Whereas if I was stuck in Bath, you'd have to get on a plane, and it's a much more expensive way to see things. So I feel it's a good thing for Bath that I'm treading the boards."
This is Joanna's third year of running the festival, which celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2008. It would be a daunting task for anyone, but the fact she didn't come as a newbie to the festival has helped.See the full content of this document
