The founders of the Las Iguanas restaurant chain, Eren Ali and Ajith Jaya-Wickrema, had a clear focus of what they wanted to create with their first outlet - "something special, something alive, that made people feel good about themselves and feel good about life in general," Eren recalls.
He has achieved that (Ajith having left the business last year) - and then some.
