Thirteen years of uncertainty are over for the parents of Melanie Hall. Ever since their daughter's disappearance in 1996, Steve and Pat Hall must have been tormented with the thoughts of what happened to her. To have their child taken from them so suddenly and not know what had happened to her must have been excruciating.
Likeable cockney comedian Lee Hurst is making a rare trip to the region to perform his hilarious and topical stand-up in his trademark laid-back style. Lee made his name on They Think It's All Over, the BBC's popular comedy panel game with a sporting theme. But fame was never something the comic hankered after, and today, he is rarely seen on our TV screens.

Tributes have been paid to a mother-of-two who died after she was hit on the head by a golf ball while playing a practice match.
